Cancellation & Refund Policy for IGC-IELTS Professor Online Courses

What is a refund? A refund is issued when a learner faces technical difficulties accessing the course, does not receive the promised resources, or mistakenly purchases a course instead of another IGC-IELTS Professor course. Refund requests undergo a verification process before approval.

How to request a refund? If you have paid for an individual or bundled course, you may request a refund within 48 hours of your payment.

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Provide the email address and phone number used during course registration and purchase.
  3. A customer support representative will send you a form to officially submit the refund request, requiring details regarding your purchase.
  4. Refund requests are only valid if submitted within 48 hours of purchase via the specified contact methods.

N.B.: Refunds do not apply to e-books, and subscription-based courses are non-refundable once classes have commenced.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or issued as a voucher within 7-14 working days after successful verification and approval of the request. Confirmation will be sent via email.

 When will the refund NOT be applicable?

  1. If the refund request is submitted after 48 hours from the date of purchase.
  2. If the learner has already earned a Course Certificate within the 48-hour period.
  3. If a refund request is made within 48 hours, but the learner completes the course within the next 7-day period.
  4. If the learner has accessed or completed more than 5 paid lessons/videos before requesting a refund.
  5. If the learner has enrolled in a subscription-based course and the course has already started.

 When will the refund be applicable?

  1. In the event of a mistaken purchase, learners may request a course transfer through a voucher system:

a)       If the new course costs more, the learner must pay the additional amount.

b)      If the new course costs less, the excess amount will be refunded.

  1. If IGC and IELTS Professor fails to provide the promised course resources.
  2. If a learner mistakenly purchases a live class instead of a recorded class (or vice versa).

 What happens after a refund request?

  1. Once a request is submitted, course access will be temporarily locked.
  2. IGC-IELTS Professor will notify the learner via email/SMS regarding approval within 3 working days.
  3. If approved, the learner will be unenrolled from the course, and all progress will be removed.
  4. If the learner wishes to repurchase the course, they must start from the beginning.
  5. Refund processing may take 7-14 working days. If not received within this period, contact +8801332-322356
  6. A confirmation email/SMS will be sent once the refund is completed.
