Shipping and Returns

At the time of purchase, the User must specify the correct delivery address. Orders will be shipped to the address provided, and changes post-purchase are not permitted. Users must notify the Company in advance regarding any address updates before expected shipping dates. Errors in name or address may result in undelivered purchases.

Shipping charges associated with returning goods damaged at the time of delivery will be covered by the Company. However, for returns due to any other reason, the User must arrange shipping and bear associated costs. Users are advised not to accept deliveries that appear tampered with, opened, or damaged. The Company will only accept returns in their original condition. Requests for product returns must be made within 15 days of delivery. Refunds will not be processed beyond this period.

The Company is not obligated to maintain continued operation of any feature or service and is not liable for disruptions or modifications.

Disclaimer of Warranties
